Longevity Valley header or took part in the formulation of more than 50 provincial standards, industrial standards, national standards and international standards, including the Standard of Sporoderm-Broken Ganoderma Lucidum Spore Powder "Made in Zhejiang", the Traditional Chinese Medicine - Ganoderma Lucidum Fruiting Body, the Traditional Chinese Medicine - Dendrobium Officinale Stem ISO International Standards, the National Standard Ganoderma Lucidum, the Specifications for Processing of Ganoderma Lucidum Spore Powder/Fresh Dendrobium Officinale Stem TCM Decoction, the Commercial Grades for Chinese Materia Medica, the Genuine Medicinal Materials and the Specifications for Breeding, Production and Processing of Genuine Medicinal Materials. At present, Longevity Valley has takent the lead in the relevant technologies and scientific research strength.

Longevity Valley formulated two ISO international standards of the Traditional Chinese Medicine - Ganoderma Lucidum Fruiting Body and Dendrobium Officinale Stem.

In 2015, Longevity Valley took the lead in submitting two international standard proposals to ISO/TC249, namely, Ganoderma Lucidum and Dendrobium Officinale Stem, as a leader of the ganoderma lucidum and dendrobium officinale stem industry. In order to formulate two more comprehensive, reasonable and scientific international standards of traditional Chinese medicinal materials, the scientific research team of Longevity Valley, together with the expert team of Chinese Herbal Medicine Resource Center of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, carried out in-depth and intensive studies. After six years of repeated demonstration by the International Standard Organization (ISO), the international standards including the ISO21315 Traditional Chinese Medicine - Ganoderma Lucidum Fruiting Body and the ISO21370 Traditional Chinese Medicine – Dendrobium Officinale Stem were released officially on 20 December, 2018 and 5 February, 2019 respectively. As a result, these two international standards provide unified standards for international trading of China's ganoderma lucidum and dendrobium officinale stem, laid a solid foundation for China's ganoderma lucidum and dendrobium officinale stem industries go to the global market and marked a great breakthrough in the internationalization of TCM.

Longevity Valley was given the Award for Great Contributions to the Formulation of International Standards.

In June 2019, the 10th Plenary Meeting of ISO/TC249 kicked off in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand. More than 200 representatives from more than 20 countries including China, the United States, Australia, Japan, South Korea and Thailand, the ISO headquarters, World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies (WFCMS), World Federation of Acupuncture Societies (WFAS) and other relevant institutions attended the meeting.

At the meeting, SHEN Yuandong, chairman of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Technical Committee of the International Standardization Organization, presented the Award for Great Contributions to the Formulation of International Standards to the scientific research team headed by LI Mingyan, chairman of Longevity Valley to commend the major contributions of Longevity Valley to Standard Drafting, promoting world economy, trade, international exchange and cooperation, and advancing the international development of traditional Chinese medicine.
